ALABAMA CORPORATION AND LLC ANNUAL REPORT FILING REQUIREMENTS
Alabama Corporations and LLCs are required to file an Annual Report and Business Privilege Tax Return. S Corporations, Limited Liability Companies, and disregarded entities must file an Alabama Form PPT, while C Corporations and Limited Liability Companies taxed as corporations for income tax purposes must file Alabama Form CPT. The Annual Report and the Business Privilege Tax Return must be filed together.
Presently, the Alabama Secretary of State does not offer online filing; however assessed tax payments may be paid through the Alabama Department of Revenue website.

Corporation Business Privilege Tax Form $100
(Minimum Privilege Tax)
The Business Privilege Tax Return is due no later than 2½ months after
the beginning of the taxpayer’s taxable year
Corporation Annual Report $10
Limited Liability Company Business Privilege Tax Form $100
(Minimum Privilege Tax)
The Business Privilege Tax Return is due no later than 3½ months after
the beginning of the taxpayer’s taxable year
Limited Liability Company Annual Report $10

Failure to file the Annual Report form will result in the administrative dissolution or revocation of the entity.
